Ron Shore, Director
Ron has worked in the harm reduction field since starting as a needle exchange and prison outreach worker in 1991. In addition to the OHRDP, he oversees the Street Health Centre in Kingston, Ontario and is an adjunct faculty member of the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies at Queen's University. He is the author of the recent Understanding Addiction: A Primer on Drugs, Drug Use and Drug Dependence.

Nadia Zurba, Program and Policy Development Coordinator
Nadia has been providing policy and research advice to the health sector for many years and has spent numerous hours fighting the cause of harm reduction. An experienced evaluator and policy strategist, she brings a depth to the work of the OHRDP and provides a considered and clear focus.

Rebecca Henderson, Administrative Assistant
Rebecca is our administrative wizard who has the unquestionable distinction of being the first staff person hired at OHRDP. Rebecca has a sound background in front line needle exchange and harm reduction work. She is our "go-to" person who keeps the ship afloat amidst clear skies and storms.
